2. Course Structure and Certification

• Modifications: The Institute reserves the right to update the syllabus, course duration, or training methodology to align with industry standards.

• Certificates: Certificates will only be issued to students who maintain a minimum of [75%] attendance and successfully pass both theoretical and practical examinations.

• Examination: Students must appear for exams on the scheduled dates. Requests for rescheduling are subject to the Director’s approval and may involve a re-examination fee.

3. Student Code of Conduct

• Discipline: Students are expected to maintain decorum within the institute premises. Any act of indiscipline, misbehavior, or use of unfair means during exams will result in expulsion.

• Property Damage: The institute provides expensive electronic kits and computer systems for practice. Any intentional damage to hardware, software, or lab equipment will be charged to the student responsible.

4. Fee Policy

• Payments: Fees must be paid in full or in installments as per the agreed schedule at the time of admission.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising out of these terms or the services provided by the institute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Badaun, Uttar Pradesh.
